Site Plan Review Committee

The site plan review committee is established for the purpose of conducting detailed review of all land use proposals required to have specific site plan approval as required by Chapter 22 of the City’s Code of Ordinances.

Membership:  The site plan review committee consists of the community development director, the building official, the public works director, the fire chief, and the police chief, or their designees, and other members as appointed by the city manager.

Meetings:  Meetings are held when there is a site plan proposal(s) for review.
