Complaints can be reported to (727) 893-1106. We will inspect as soon as possible to verify violations. If the inspector is unavailable, leave as detailed a message as possible to help us find the violation.
Chapter 162 of the Florida Statutes was amended to preclude staff from initiating code enforcement proceedings by way of anonymous complaints. A person who reports a potential violation of a code or an ordinance must provide, at a minimum, their name and address to the respective local government. Any personal information provided in any manner becomes part of the public record, which anyone has the right to review.
