Where do I get a building permit?
All building permits can be filled out and issued at the Community Development department at 5330 23rd Avenue South. Alternatively, you can print one out and bring it into the department. If I pull my own permit, can I hire someone to do the work? Yes. However, you must make sure that anyone you hire is a licensed contractor or is employed directly by you and will be working directly under you supervision.
