To receive a library card:
- South Pasadena residents will visit the South Pasadena City Hall to pay a $25 annual fee. The city will give you a voucher that you take to the St. Pete Beach Library and you will then have access to all PPLC libraries.
- Kenneth City residents will apply at the Pinellas Park Library to receive their library card.
