A six (6) foot side set-back is required, with a required rear yard set- back of seven (7) feet.
The pool project’s set-backs are measured from the water’s edge of the pool if unenclosed.
Enclosed pool set-backs are measured from the outside edge (frame) of the screened pool enclosure (pool cage).
Pools are considered accessory structures and are regulated in Chapter 22, section 22-6.03 of the Code of Ordinances.
