Community Development – Scheduling Building Inspections
Beginning August 20, 2026, property owners will have a new, convenient option for scheduling building inspections through the City of Gulfport’s online permitting portal. Property owners may create a portal profile to schedule inspections for issued permits and pay applicable permit fees online. Inspections may also continue to be scheduled by phone at (727) 893-1057.
Please note: Owner-builder permit applications must still be submitted in person in accordance with State of Florida requirements. Once the permit has been issued, inspections may be scheduled online or by phone.
