The “event fee” pays for two bartenders for the duration of your party, Casino Event Staff to set up/break down your tables & chairs, and use of our catering kitchen. You may bring in the caterer of your choice. Caterers may bring in coffee, tea, pitchers of water, and a non-alcoholic non-food dye punch, if you choose. No soda or bottled water may be brought in, as the Casino bar has fountain sodas and bottled water available for sale.
The Casino Ballroom has a full bar, and the liquor license we have does not permit any alcohol to be brought in by private parties, lessees, caterers, etc. If there is a particular brand of liquor (not currently stocked by the Casino) that you would like to offer your guests, you may speak with the Casino Supervisor about special ordering it for your party.
Our bar prices range from $1 fountain drinks to $10 top shelf liquors. Bottled water and assorted juices are $2. Domestic beer is $3; imported beer is $4; wine is $4; well brand cocktails are $5, and top shelf cocktails range from $6-$10. We have many popular brands.
There are a variety of ways to set up the bar for your party. Our charges are based on consumption. You may host the entire bar for the entire duration of the party, or you may opt for a cash bar, or many other options in between. You may choose to host certain items of the bar, such as beer, wine, sodas & perhaps well brand mixed drinks & have your guests pay for top shelf, for one example. You may have a certain budget that you are able to spend, and convert it to a cash bar after that. Our bar is easily customized to fit your needs & budget.
