Special Magistrate Hearing – Code Enforcement

The Special Master provides a supplemental code enforcement process for the city. The Special Master is vested with all the powers granted under Florida Statutes, Chapter 162.

Meetings: Last Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m. provided there are cases to be heard – City Hall 2401 53rd Street South.
